Beautiful brand new townhouses!
I don't live there, I was just visiting some friends of mine. They had recently moved in and asked me to check the place out. There was a problem with an upstairs leak that they thought was coming down the wall from the roof. I pointed out that there was a bathroom above that was probably the point of origin.
