I emailed with a complaint because They pulled up next to the rock front yard and let my son out of the car with a walker on that side, and he fell on his face. I emailed and I called and no one ever bothered to call me back. Scratch his face, chin both knees and Scratched and bent his brand new glasses. Terrible. They show up late inconsistent and negligent.
Do not use their service! It’s so horrible and they do not care about their customers. They never are on time or don’t communicate at all. I’ve been using their service since Jan 2024 for school because I am DeafBlind. Most of the times I’m late to my classes because of their lack of punctuality.
Phone ring too long and lousy service, never email back for confirm.. LOUSY service!!!!
Schedule a pick up for 5 PM, 2 hours in advance. Then I was ghosted when i tried calling for 20 minutes.
