Very unprofessional experience. I scheduled a service and received no meaningful communication until after 7pm—well after I had already planned my day around it. Fortunately, no payment was taken, but the disorganization and lack of accountability were frustrating. To make matters worse, the location appears to be closed, with no visible signage or indication of an active business. My husband and I had a couples massage for Valentine's Day. It was perfect! Both of our masseuses told us they each had over 30 years experience in massage. My masseuse used to travel with the Grizzlies as their official therapist and my husband's masseuse has worked extensively in touch therapy for children's hospital patients. Had a reservation set for my birthday on 1/29/25 my wife made these reservation 2 days ahead of time and for them to cancel it on the day we were supposed to go for no reason or explanation at all is ridiculous and for that I give them a bad review. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL PLANNED THEY MIGHT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND LEAVE YOU SCAMBLING TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE IN THE LAST MINUTE
Made an appointment for my husband birthday read an email that it was canceled 1 hrs before the appointment canceled. If this is a special occasion try any one else I implore you.
Great service, wonderful relaxing couples massage. Very professional staff and clean and relaxing atmosphere. Loved it!
