My review is based on working on projects with Dreamotion in Seal Beach, which Harbor Picture Co. has color graded. Most recently, I have been preparing for a director's cut on one of their films for public release. While editing their project, I witnessed the quality of their work and the owner also shared his positive experience with me about working with Harbor. They definitely deliver great work and have a very positive reputation.

(Annual Parade of lights). I stopped by the “Broadway Pier” where Harbor Productions were removing studio equipment from an event possibly a day prior. When I stopped by the the fence was closed. I was standing no more than 15 feet from a Harbor Production Employee and asked him a question about when the gate will be opening up for the Annual Bay Parade of Lights and his response was there was no event taking place and went back to work.
