Harbor Holistic Healing is amazing. I have an autoimmune disorder which causes pain and swelling of my joints--I was looking for a natural way to get relief without having to take harsh medications. Lydia is phenomenal she is very thorough from the beginning. Acupuncture has significantly helped me have a better quality. I would give more stars if I could. Lydias staff get me in quickly if I need a sooner appt, the office is clean, and welcoming. Overall great place

Lydia is excellent at relieving pain and increasing relaxation.
I had terrible pain in my legs mostly due to inflammation and arthritis...after my treatment today I was able to walk so much better..pain was lessened..I look forward to the next appointment..Lydia knows her craft so well!
