My mother in law was in Harbison Burradoo for over 2 years and during this time I found the staff to be very professional, caring and kind. We would visit randomly and find the staff had my mother in law out with them to keep her engaged with others. The respect Harbison and their staff showed when she passed was respectful and heart-warming.

My mother has been in the dementia cottage for 18 months and I have the most admiration for the staff and the set up of the facilities. The carers are wonderful and so dedicated to the demanding needs of the residents. I am glad we chose Harbison for mum it is a very difficult decision to make and I feel we absolutely made the right one.

I am so appreciate of the care that is being provided to my mum at Harbison. Moving her into aged care was a very difficult decision, but knowing that the staff are so caring and know her so well provides so much comfort to our family. The management team at Harbison always go out of their way to ensure that matters are attended to promptly and resident care, safety and choice is always a priority. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Harbison staff for making a hard transition that little bit easier.
