Was very well taken care of. From time I walked in till I left. Was nice people in the front as well in the doctor's office. I have made this my pcp from now on.
I was out of town for an unexpected amount of time because my father fell ill and ultimately died. I called twice to request a 5-day prescription of Synthroid for my thyroid and never even received a return phone call.
Very short waiting time, staff always smileing, and cares about patients P.A. was concerned and got second opinion on waiting to remove stitches another facility had done 9 days earlier. I too was thinking they were not ready to remove. Five more days and stitches come out. Staff truly care about our well being Having problems with lower back. This place used to be great and we loved our doctor. My husband and I have been patients of PCP Dr. Jayson Fields for approximately 15 years and I am warning anyone that has a loved one - a parent, a son, daughter - anyone you care about get them out of there now. I asked a medical question beginning on 10/6 following my wellness check, and have gotten sporadic responses, never actually calling in my prescription or answering my questions.
