I had a disappointing experience with this legal consultation. The Zoom link was sent at the last minute, and the lawyer joined the meeting late. The session began with delays over minor logistics, so it took a while before we got into the actual consultation. Ironically, at the end, she appeared frustrated and pointed out that the meeting had gone four minutes over time.
