Avoid this company if you value honesty. I was charged $1,200 to ship my cat from Vancouver to Japan, only to find out the agent (Jeremy) did absolutely none of the actual legwork. I had to handle the Rabies Titer test and the Advance Notification to Japan AQS myself. When I asked technical questions about the process, Jeremy clearly had no idea how the requirements worked, often making up answers or lying to cover his lack of knowledge. Took good care of our cat from pick up to departure. Our very nervous cat arrived healthy and relatively unfazed. They were clear about requirements and were easy to get hold of when I had questions. Pricing was half of their competition ($900). Highly recommend.

She and her team are absolutely amazing, the true definition of going above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Emily is patient, quick to respond, and great to work with.
