Worst customer service . I have bought two screen protectors worth around 120$ with warranty . I am not able to use my warranty from direct screen guard company or either happytel also not helping me … don’t buy things from this shop

Took my phone in to have the charging port replaced on the 28th of August. Was told this would take a few days and would cost $149 as the motherboard also needed to be replaced. A week passes, I went back to the store (3rd of September) and was told it would be another week. I wait an additional week. I go back in again (the 10th of September) as I haven't heard anything.
