Love the shop! Bought a new bike recently and the experience was 5 stars from start to finish! From reaching out via email/phone to inquire about the bike, to coming in for a test ride and exploring options, to getting the bike, having it built, having it fit, and being set out to ride on the new steed - everyone at the shop was awesome, accommodating, and enjoyable to buy from! I absolutely plan on Happy Wheels being my go to spot for service + anything else I may need.
Best bike shop in Sydney, huge thanks to Cameron for coming in absolutely clutch with same day wheel repair for my e-bike. Fantastic customer service, lovely shop, all at reasonable prices. 10/10 highly recommend
I had a great experience with Dave. He took the time to properly adjust my bike to fit me better and explained everything clearly. The difference in comfort and performance has been huge — my neck feels better and reduced pressure on my hands. Really appreciated his knowledge and friendly service. Highly recommend.
I recently had my TT bars upgraded by Stew. Extremely happy with how they turned out, all the old cabling is completely hidden now, with a neat and tidy finish. Plus the angle and cups are far more comfortable. I had been told by a number of other shops/people that Cervelo P series normally don’t have many options available for bar upgrades, however after being recommended to Happy Wheels, Stew had an option straight away.
