Walked into their store earlier this week, and waited at the counter for some assistance as a woman sat at the desk in front, looked at me as I came in and then chose not to even speak. Eventually she asked, "Is there something we can do for you?" Really, that's how we greet customers? Continue to do work while they stand silently in the store waiting for help?
