Do not recommend the worst place to get your tax done my partner has been waiting over 2 months for his tax which is only $300 we have called and called staff has said they would ring back but never did just horrible customer service never going through this place ever again and would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!!
Do not recommend. We had 4 tax returns done, paying at the time for half and requested remaining taken out of return, 5 months later had over $200 taken from my bank out of the blue and when contacted I was advised that it was due to what they referred to as a 'bad debt' as they hadn't taken it out of the refund due to THEIR processing error.
