We have been taking our doggies to Happy Tails for nearly 15 years. The dogs have always loved Shelly! While they are happy to see us when we come to get them, they give us a break on the following two days by being totally exhausted. Sometimes, if our dogs need pills or eyedrops, Shelly is very accommodating. Often when we go there we are greeted by several happy dogs hanging out in the play area. An aptly-named place.

We never worry when our cocker is with Shelly. He has some special needs & she has always been willing to take care of him as she would her own pet. We have boarded our 'Oscar' with Shelly various times over the last several years & recently had a family member with a serious illness that put us out of state & weather made plans change & Shelly was more than willing to help us in any way possible. Recently boarded my dogs here while in town dealing with a family emergency. Shelly was great to work with. She let me come visit my boys for needed mental breaks and managed to allow me to extend my time in the area over the long holiday weekend. I can't thank her enough for the fantastic care she gave my dogs and the compassion shown to me in a difficult time.
