Terrible customer service
People are friendly, but have had several problems already and I've only had the account for about a month. Have had to call three times. That's more phone calls than I've made in ten years with another bank. Also - don't use mobile deposit - just go up and deposit it in person. If you deposit via mobile, they put a two day hold on it whereas if you deposit the same check in person, it goes in immediately. Very inconvenient when the point of mobile deposit is convenience.
