I initially chose Happy State Bank because it was a smaller, local institution, and I assumed the experience would be more personal and pleasant than with the major banks. Happy Bank makes me not so Happy. Use ATM and then ask to change bills. “We don’t change bills unless you have an account. Do you want to open an account?” To change the bills I just got of your ATM? Oh boy…
