I was referred here from someone who does many deals with Robert sparks and happy bank. I tried contacting him multipule times just to be ignored. Along with antonio at another happy bank branch. I submitted paperwork they needed to get started on a business loan and then completed ignored me from there on. This wasted around 2 months of my time trying to get my project moving.
I've been banking at a large international bank and I recently had an issue with fraudulent activity that negatively affected me. I began to look for a smaller, local bank. I remembered I had an account a couple years ago at Happy Bank which I used only as an account for my Amazon and fun $$. This is the best bank I’ve ever done business with, and I’ve worked with quite a few. Suzanne and her staff are friendly, professional and always go beyond my expectations. I’ll never use another bank!
Branch Manager Susanne is RUDE! I called and spoke to her Regional Manager about how rude and unprofessional she is. We went from moving all personal and professional accounts to Happy State Bank to now we will be closing our account with them. There are way to many banks to be treated poorly and unappreciated by rude bankers!
