This is the best bank I’ve ever done business with, and I’ve worked with quite a few. Suzanne and her staff are friendly, professional and always go beyond my expectations. I’ll never use another bank!
Branch Manager Susanne is RUDE! I called and spoke to her Regional Manager about how rude and unprofessional she is. We went from moving all personal and professional accounts to Happy State Bank to now we will be closing our account with them. There are way to many banks to be treated poorly and unappreciated by rude bankers!
