Okay so honest review, the people that work here are great. Truly helpful they get 5 stars. Having said that, this bank blowsssss my card works like half of the time. I’ll go to pump gas and after it doesn’t read I’ll go inside and the gas station clerks will be like oh yeah sorry happy state bank card don’t work on our pumps. -Like why?? Also city bank atms won’t read my card.
I've had nothing but problems since Happy was bought out by Centennial Bank. I would NOT recommend personal banking here. Over the holidays they shut my card, and my kids cards, off where we couldn't access money. Their 24/7 help line only allows you to shut your lost or stolen cards off, zero help. I just couldn't access my own money for several days. Nobody knows why this happened and I've recieved no explanation. I've had many more problems, not enough time to post everything. DO NOT BANK HERE! Not even my bank but used their ATM pulled out $300 for my car note and the cash was never dispensed so I inform the teller the machine did not give my money yet the money had been pulled out my account, asked them to pull up the cameras and get my money, the teller told me there was nothing they could do so i asked to speak to a manger who was "not available" and the inside was closed at 2pm!? As I left they put a "Out of Service" sign on the ATM. SCAM!!
Tellers are very rude at this location. I’ve been to many other locations and the tellers are always polite.
