This used to be a very good bank before the buy out. I called there 3 times this week and was sent to corporate every time due to the branch not answering the phone. Finally got to talk with them on the issue we were having. They drilled my safety deposit box and shipped everything to Arkansas. Now they want a bunch of money to give me my stuff back due to me not “responding” to them. This bank is small and it is very polite,they watch out for their customers
I stuck with them when Happy State bought out my original bank. Now Happy State is being bought out by another bank. I have not been able to access my account for over a week and nobody seems to care. I have tried calling customer service and the local branch countless times only to get a busy signal. I was told that the email I sent to customer service was forwarded to the local branch, but I've been waiting four days for a reply.
