This bank is probably the most inconvenient bank I've ever encountered. The "app" seems to have been built as a middle school project. You can register for online banking multiple times and still not be able to log in. Transfers take days instead of minutes or hours and they have a $10 paper fee. Oh, and super conveniently, some branches close at 3 pm.
I’m reviewing the Happy State branch in Canadian, TX. I love my bank! Everyone on staff is friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to be helpful. I enjoy every visit.
