The app and online banking are terrible. They barely work and have a million bugs. Not to mention they are close on weekends and then also close at 4 so if you work a 9+5 your screwed if you need something. We walked into happy state bank on 19th street. And a young lady that helped us with was very kind and courteous. I wish all the banks that I go to had help like this. Kaylee Kemper was so much help and took the time to explain everything to us. Made our weekend.
