The banking app needs more work. We had someone get ahold of our debit card info and took 675$. Fraud dept never caught it. A week later we r still fighting, trying to get our money back. Some banks five it right back while u r fighting the fraud...Happy does not! U have to get ahold of them on Monday, fill out the paperwork, and wait atleast 14 business days for ur money to be returned.
We haven't used this bank in a while. Several months ago just due to how busy things were it was easier to bank through our payment processor. However, I'd like to take this opportunity to review the business as a company who has done business with them before. The customer service at this bank absolutely stands out.
