I just want to share that this is a great bank to trust. I had just lost my card and had to replace it and with the bank being short staffed I was able to get me a new card the day of. Raul and Shawna are excellent at what they do. Shawna was very professional and walked me through the steps on the phone. Very courteous about it we needing any additional help and would like a bottle of water for our wait once we arrived to the location. They are super nice folks, very helpful, but since they a part of a larger corporation now you got to go through nine kinds of hell to apply for a loan. Prior to that, even with a not so great credit score, you could fill out the p-work, they would look it over (Signature loan) and send you to the cashier to pick up your three grand or get a cashiers check. So, the good ol, boy element is gone, replaced with uncaring businessmen at some headquarters just west of hell.
Raul is good
The one in Abilene tx closes at 5 not 6. Since it merged with centennial my Walmart pay doesn't work. The mobile deposit doesn't work either. I need to change banks.
