We haven't used this bank in a while. Several months ago just due to how busy things were it was easier to bank through our payment processor. I just want to share that this is a great bank to trust. I had just lost my card and had to replace it and with the bank being short staffed I was able to get me a new card the day of. Raul and Shawna are excellent at what they do. Shawna was very professional and walked me through the steps on the phone. Very courteous about it we needing any additional help and would like a bottle of water for our wait once we arrived to the location.
