Well, paying $35.00 bucks to do your taxes, and wait for hours, it sounds a bit discouraging. Two weeks ago, I went in there, just a few minutes past 1:00PM. They were already shut down. No more spaces ❗ So, I figured, I wasn't going to get up at 5:am in order to make it on time to grab a number. I went straight from there to another tax preparation office. Been going here for 15 years. Long wait but worth it. Can’t beat the price. We have 4 tax returns to file and never had a mistake on any of them. They also make suggestions for other items that can be put on tax returns for a bigger refund.

Just horrible. The Asian lady doesn’t even know how to talk with people, very rude. I know it’s cheap here, but after waiting in the line for 3-4 hours, everyone’s exhausted and don’t expect her to talk like that. I have been filing with them for 5 years now, the standard is going down every year. You need to be lucky to have a good service on your day.

For 35$ to do your personal tax. Expect a long line up. Go 1.5-2 hours before they open to get a good place in line. Bring a chair. Sit down. Relax. LIKE MY DOG SUSHI GIRL. Or wait in your car with the heat on. Do not stress. Tax season is very busy for everyone. We all know that, these people are professional. Fast. Efficient, ask all the necessary questions. I think it's time to part ways with happy tax. The line up and ticket system they hv introduced is horrible. There previous office was good and had some decent room for ppl to accommodate. May be paying little bit extra to an another firm or doing it yourself would be better than going in here. I'm sorry for writing this review, but I had no other choice.
