Very disappointed with my experience. The business hours say they are open, but every time I’ve gone, the office has been closed. I’ve also tried calling multiple times, and no one answers or returns my calls. On top of that, when I had my taxes done here previously, they were completed incorrectly, which caused me a lot of frustration. I expected better communication and more accurate service. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this business.

They were recommended to their service by a colleague. Their service is good and staff were informed about tax and other related things. Their fees are good too. One person is $35 and the pricing gets more complicated as your case gets more complicated. However, there is a long wait before you can eventually get in. For example, they open at 9am but they only give out 100 tickets per day so you need to be there at 8am to get an earlier number of earlier. We got there at 8:40am ish and were number 65. Be as early as you can especially on weekends. Prepare for a long day waiting in line. We arrived at 10:30 am and waited 6.5hrs. You get a number which is good but would be nice if you could get a text or call back instead of guessing when to be back with risk off your number being called. Staff is mostly welcoming.

The Chinese lady is very rude, this time I went to do my taxes in another place, I payed more but it was worth it. Last year and two years ago I had to pay $6,000 then $4,800. Terrible, she did my taxes all wrong. This year I only have to pay 217.00, and my husband got back $1200, that's a big difference. The guy took a look on my taxes, and said she put everything on me, I regret going there, horrible place, I do not recommended it at all, I am happy in my new place, I wish I had known about them 4 years ago.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The asian lady who prepared our taxes was unprofessional and came across as quite rude during our interaction. When I later called to request a breakdown of the charges, the lady I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than addressing my questions, she stated she was ‘just the messenger’ and ended the call abruptly. This level of service was frustrating and did not meet expectations for professionalism or customer care.
