Well, paying $35.00 bucks to do your taxes, and wait for hours, it sounds a bit discouraging. Two weeks ago, I went in there, just a few minutes past 1:00PM. They were already shut down. No more spaces ❗ So, I figured, I wasn't going to get up at 5:am in order to make it on time to grab a number. I went straight from there to another tax preparation office. For 35$ to do your personal tax. Expect a long line up. Go 1.5-2 hours before they open to get a good place in line. Bring a chair. Sit down. Relax. LIKE MY DOG SUSHI GIRL. Or wait in your car with the heat on. Do not stress. Tax season is very busy for everyone. We all know that, these people are professional. Fast. Efficient, ask all the necessary questions. I have been coming to them for years to get my taxes done, but this year was the worst. They are so unorganized, got there early before opening and still had to wait 4 hours? The owner and Asian lady are always so rude. This location is the worst, their previous location was much better. I will now be going elsewhere as it is not worth the wait.

They completed my taxes on February 14th. They said they wouldn't be able to e-file them until February 24th. On February 28th Canadian revenue still hasn't received it. It's electronic and shouldn't take 4 days. When I checked with happy returns they said they were waiting for a code. "A code"? I called h&r Block and they said that sounds shady. You don't need a code but you did have to wait till after the 24th to file. So what's with the code? There must have been 30 people lined up today because they wanted to get the... read more

I think it's time to part ways with happy tax. The line up and ticket system they hv introduced is horrible. There previous office was good and had some decent room for ppl to accommodate. May be paying little bit extra to an another firm or doing it yourself would be better than going in here. I'm sorry for writing this review, but I had no other choice.
