Fran must have been wonderful. Too bad she retired. Unfortunately she left the business to Janeanne Miller. I had an appt, that she set up, to meet my dogs. I was leaving for the weekend and she was going to care for them. She never showed up for the meet and greet. Guess that says she is not very responsible. I'm afraid she would forget to come and care for my dogs.
