I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I should share my experience. I arrived for my 9:00 a.m. appointment, which we had confirmed over the phone. When I got there, I was told I wasn’t on the appointment list, but the staff said they could fit me in if the scheduled client didn’t show up. After that client didn’t arrive, they started working on my nails. About 45 minutes into my appointment, the 9:00 a.m. client showed up late and was immediately taken ahead of me. I have supported this business for years. I am very disappointed with our recent experience at this nail salon. I personally called and rescheduled my daugher's appointment for 9:00 am but when she arrived, she was told she was not on the appointment list.
