Came here for a pedicure and let me just say… this was not a welcoming experience. The quality of the work was extremely poor and needs improvement. Embarrassing enough I’ll post a picture of my feet just to get the visual of what you’re getting for $45. I can tell this is a family owned business (which I admire the Canadian dream) however, there’s 0 leadership/ lacking proper management. 1. Had shellac nails done, very quickly.lost one after a week and went back to get it fixed, told me I needed an appointment, tried to schedule and they were all booked for 2 weeks, she wouldn’t even consider.. I went back a few days later with 3 gone and the outlet was closed for a week, paid 70+ tip for a set of nails that lasted a week, totally ruined my mail bed, disgusting…
