Justin just left my house after serving all three of my machines. He’s the best! He’s the only technician I use for all my machines. His service is professional and done with very little wait. When I needed something worked on when I brought my machine in, he fixed it while I waited! Wonderful Service! I don’t go anywhere else! I recommend him very highly!
They really are not able to repair machines sadly that it cost me a hundred dollars to find this out. Was told I needed a lot of parts they were not available and to use my machine for a door stop.Well happy ending I took it to a real machine repair and it’s running beautifully and didn’t need any parts
Happy Little Quilt Shop is my favorite place to go to find joy, excellent sewing advice, beautiful products and wonderful people! Today Justin was able to fix my machine and get me back to sewing right away! Kristen happily shared her advice on a few projects I am thinking of starting and gave me much needed direction on the one I already have going. These are lovely people and they have a vibrant, inspiring store. Anyone interested in quilting and sewing needs to visit the Happy Little Quilt Shop!
Took my girlfriend here for a sewing 101 class. The teachers and everyone involved were spectacular. I got the exact sewing machine she used for the class as a gift and Kirsten and Justin were phenomenal with helping box it up and helping surprise my gf with the machine she used for the sewing 101! Overall they are the nicest people and are super helpful. Not to mention Oliver the corgi was amazing! They run a great business over there and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
