I took the Yin Yoga Training class and my, what a blessing! The class was full of information that was taught in an interesting and captivating way. I had a few questions during the course and reached out to Hanna for help. She was quick to answer me and provide me with feedback. I appreciate this experience and being able to get back into an intentional daily practice that helped me restore peace in my life and confidence in myself.
