I have had the opportunity to experience Happy Jack Yoga in person YTT/Retreat and Online just completed. There is the content that is given in each course and there is the connection and community to support letting the experience expand from the mind into the body to have it land and hold it and cherish the whole experience. We can learn so many things in life this is an an opportunity to create a feeling and apply it to this moment

HJYU is a great, convenient, self-paced online way to complete your yoga teacher training from anywhere in the world (timezone located in eastern Canada). They offer a combination of recorded and live content as well community calls to connect teachers and students. The founding teachers are very encouraging, caring people who make it accessible and doable for you to complete all your training requirements.

Oh my...what can I say about this yoga online training platform except that it is absolutely fantastic!! The energy, the high-vibe you feel from the whole team is infectious. Their genuine care and compassion..and dedication is overwhelming. The words that I am typing really aren't enough to express or convey my feelings.
