Asked for a disposable dab pen and got given a cart even though I confirmed with the person working that I wanted a disposable dab pen. Obviously I don’t smoke and drive so imagine how disappointing it was to get on the ferry and realize that I got given the wrong thing and I don’t have a battery for a regular dab pen so I have to go out and spend even more money on something I never wanted.
A young female staff member intentionally tries to get customers to select a 20% tip when they tap their card, so please be careful. She knows exactly what she’s doing, so I hope she sees this review and reconsiders her actions. Instead of using tricks to get people to leave a tip, I hope she learns how to provide the kind of service that makes customers want to tip.
I love the staff here they r the best and their recs are fire
