I went to Happy Horse Tack for a saddle fitting and received awesome service, great knowledge. Jen and Delanie are great to work with!
After reading all of the one-star reviews, I noticed that no one has mentioned their cancellation policy. I canceled a saddle fitting on a Monday that was scheduled for Friday, but I was still charged. Since then, they’ve added fees to the balance and are now threatening to send it to collections. I’m shocked and hurt by how this has been handled. I’ll keep everyone posted if it ends up going to collections.
Excellent selection and the staff are so sweet and helpful! So grateful to have a local tack shop in the area.
It's the most local tack shop for me. I love that they have new and used items. They were so helpful when I needed a new helmet. I felt like I was able to spend time really trying on helmets and left with understanding how to have a good fitting helmet and what to look for. They're so friendly and helpful. I cant wait to stop back in again soon.
The best tack shop! Have been there many times, but I recently bought riding boots for my daughter and they were so helpful and patient. Will 100% be shopping there again!
