The girls are absolutely amazing at caring for the residents!
Treats employees like garbage. This place is run so badly and they don't care about the employees at all, truly sad. The residents are amazing, however they deserve so much better than the environment they're living in. They know how to turn on the charm to get residents, then it's downhill I'm there. This place has been open only a few months and the amount of employees they've had quit already should show you how this place really is. Please don't send your loved ones here. They deserve better.
Happy Hearts is such a wonderful place! I don't know how it was previously, but the new updates and new management are absolutely amazing and very caring. They helped me with my father and he is very happy there. They are very good with me on communication also. I honestly couldn't have found a better place.
No. No. No. You negative(former workers) commenters out there are displacing YOUR mistakes to the administrator. Jessica is a "what can I do to help" loving part of our community, and we are lucky to have her restart this former low functioning care facility. She has worked hard to reconstruct inside and out a place for affordable quality care in a down to earth-country home. It truly is a breath of fresh air! The back porch is awesome. The administrator takes co workers out to drink and brings them back drunk to administer medications to the residents and they absolutely don't care about their employees or listen to them I'm sorry but everybody deserves to know what kind of place this is and deserves to know their family is going to a safe environment and I'm sorry this isn't it Jessica the administrator says she's not on call 24/7 so your basically screwed if something happens your left by yourself to tend to everything and they don't care to make sure yo... read more
