Happy & Healthy Wellness Studio is MUCH MORE than the name reveals. It is community. A welcome space. A safe place, with the most wonderful people. Whether I've been to a yoga class, scheduled a Reiki session, or come to another gathering, I have always left feeling happier, and so glad I came. The teachers are amazing, and so are those who practice in the studio.
Happy & Healthy is my happy place. It feels like a home away from home with a wonderful community presence. The teachers are amazing and the owner is so intentional with everything. Treat yourself to a class or workshop, you won’t be disappointed!
