I purchased the virtual program for $1,997 on 2/16/23 & received the kit on 3/20. They had absurd shipping delays. During several Facebook presentations, they guaranteed 15 lb. weight loss in 3 weeks & if 15 lbs. were not lost in that time, the H2T staff would do a strategy phone call to ensure 15 lbs. were lost in 5 weeks. Though they repeatedly stated the typical weight loss was ~22 lbs. for women & even said that if you only lost 15 lbs. you did not follow the program correctly. I am disappointed. I have tried calling three times in the past week and left messages each time. I have heard nothing back. I feel like I shouldn’t have to chase something this expensive.

I came across the Happy Healthy thin Challenge which is different form the program...I am so greatful for what I have learnt from these two wonderful doctors and the knowledge that I have obtained...not only did I loose weight but I am feeling so much better inside and out...thank you Rob and Randy .
