She has such a gentle and generous approach with her clientele, and you truly feel right at home in her care. Maria is so insightful and has such an incredible knowledge base to draw upon and learn from. I would recommend her to any new mama and baby!
My son has been seeing Maria for craniosacral therapy for about 8 months. When he first started, he was 18 months old with a newly diagnosed tongue tie, and still had a flat spot on his head despite many months of PT and chiropractic, and about 8 weeks in a helmet. I thought it was too late to improve his head shape at this point. I started seeing Maria when my son was about 5 weeks old, she was recommended to us by our lactation consultant. He had some signs of a posterior tongue tie, and we were solely bottle feeding at that point due to poor weight gain. Maria was such a gift to me and my family during the challenging post-partum time that followed my daughter's birth. She struggled with nursing, was tongue-tied, and was behind on weight gain -- all of which added up to a lot of stress during a major transitional period for my family.
