I worked with Ann for over six months. She has the unique ability to help make big goals feel attainable by helping you break them down into an easy-to-follow plan with incremental steps. She even offered to essentially act as my calendar reminder in order to help keep me on track and hold me accountable to my own plan. Working with Hailee was SO much more than I expected. I didn't even realize just how much I needed this until we dove in. Hailee posed just the right questions that I needed to ask myself in order to dig deep, set the right goals, and maintain focus.
