I had six sessions of hypnotherapy with Caroline for white coat anxiety and life long claustrophobia. It was easy to schedule. We did our sessions over zoom calls and I enjoyed the process. I was able to get an MRI and did not have a panic attack and could actually relax in the machine so I know it worked! I highly recommend Caroline for hypnotherapy and would definitely work with her again.

I have always wanted to try hypnosis and I finally did. It's amazing and most importantly I was able to get my anxiety levels down and clear my mind. I was lost for a very long time. I want to share my experience with Caroline at Happy Healthy Hypnosis. I saw her just once a few months ago to address issues with executive dysfunction and confidence.
