Caroline is wonderful! I can’t recommend her enough! She is incredibly gentle, understanding, compassionate, and caring, and I immediately felt safe and comfortable with her. I’ve already started seeing immediate results, which has been amazing. She has such a calming presence and truly takes the time to understand you and what you’re going through. I had six sessions of hypnotherapy with Caroline for white coat anxiety and life long claustrophobia. It was easy to schedule. We did our sessions over zoom calls and I enjoyed the process. I was able to get an MRI and did not have a panic attack and could actually relax in the machine so I know it worked! I highly recommend Caroline for hypnotherapy and would definitely work with her again.
