Fantastic prenatal yoga classes offered by the lovely Sam. Every Saturday Sam made me so relaxed and rejuvenated. The stretches and movements she offered were so amazing for a pregnant lady - really at a level with physical therapy, particularly the hip openers etc. Highly, highly recommend these prenatal yoga classes, and Sam!

Pregnancy is such an overwhelming time- there is information left and right on the Internet and decisions after decisions for you to make. Having Sam as my doula was exactly what I needed throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum, as well. Sam taught both my husband and I SO much about the entire labor and delivery experience - things my doctors NEVER even mentioned. I have been extremely satisfied with my private yoga classes with Sam. She always checks in on how I'm doing at the start of the class, and personalizes the classes based on how much I'm up for that day and any specific things I want to work on. It is a completely different experience from group classes, and I do feel like each class is tailored to my personal needs and priorities. Sam has been patient, warm, and flexible at every session.
