Beautifully clean and maintained office space and such lovely, caring staff. I was greeted warmly at the reception desk which made the start of my experience a pleasant one.
Issued two complete sets of manual forms. The basic medical assessment proved educational: watching the medic struggle painfully with basic computer navigation whilst you wait. The entire facility feels like the Victorian era has just been provided PCs and a printer. The hearing test booth is soundproof in theory. In practice: aircraft overhead, doctor arriving with trolley, squeaky wooden floors, all crystal clear during your hearing assessment.
