I came here hoping for a therapeutic foot massage because I have severe plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I clearly asked for strong, focused pressure, but the massage was weak and mostly on my legs instead of my feet. I’m sure it’s easier to do the massage running your hands up the leg then it is to actually do it pressure points on the feet. The prices here are great, but lately, it feels like that comes at an unnecessary cost. I always arrive on time and tip generously, yet during several visits, my sessions have been interrupted by long, animated conversations among staff in a language I don’t understand—often with laughter—right in the middle of my massage. Based on other reviews, this doesn’t seem to be everyone’s experience, which makes it especially concerning. Paid for 2 60 minute foot massages for myself and friend. My therapist talked and laughed with the person next to him the entire time. My friend's therapist fell asleep and shorted her massage by 10 minutes. When we politely asked the women at the front desk why was the massage cut short, she handed us a piece of paper and said 5:45...like we knew what that meant.
