The massage itself was okay, but the customer service and overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. One member of my group was shamed (in Chinese) for leaving a low tip, which they are not entitled to! It wasn’t a one off comment, but rather they kept on pushing and shaming. In addition, over the phone they said that they would add a head + neck massage free of charge, but they denied this once we entered the establishment. Massage was alright. Felt relaxing but my neck was bruised the next day - 3 stars Main issue I had was the way staff treated me after I left a “low” tip. They got pissy and kept shaming me for it in front of my friends. They should understand that tips are a nicety on top of the service, and if they feel entitled to additional money on top of the service we are already paying for, they should just charge more. Tbh with how I was treated they deserved no tips at all 🫠
