I have been going to Happy Feet for years. Recently I have been very disappointed. Last visit I scheduled an hour and they could only do 45 min when I got there. I made an appointment today and when I got there they had no record of my appointment and could not fit me in. What is the point of calling? Will be looking for a new place.
Been coming here for years. Really needed to relax but instead I spent my time more annoyed. The girl was on her phone barely doing anything. I got up to leave and she said sorry I will put phone away. I stayed but wish I hadn’t. Lied here frustrated for the remaining time. When time was up she just walked out.
