I had an issue with my newer ebike from an online company that was still under warranty and needed help diagnosing the problem. I originally took it to Salt Lake e-bikes, paid $35 and left with no clear diagnosis. I then took it to Happy E-bikes. The David owner was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Because of his help and diagnosis, the online company has a new motor on the way and David said they would be happy to switch it out for me once it arrives. Happy E-bikes went above and beyond on all levels!
David was extremely kind and patient with me as I asked him questions for HOURS (I am sometimes difficult). He enthusiastically answered and helped me sort through many of the questions I had. After I tested numerous bikes there I decided on one and walked out with it. My experience at the shop was phenomenal and I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an eBike to make a stop at David’s shop.
