Amazing service! Happy E-bikes replaced the break pads on our son’s rad runner. Service was performed the same day. Steve was very friendly and thorough. He took the time to educate us on how the breaks work and how they wear. He gave our son instruction on how to do a safety check prior to each ride. I highly recommend Happy E-bikes. 4/11/24 UPDATE: Almost 3 year update after buying my e-bike and the bike has worked beautifully. I have personally since modified it with an extended battery. Despite that Happy Ebike continued to honor and help me with any warranty issues. As long as you keep up with regular maintenance and take care of the e-bike it will definitely take care of you and is built very well with quality components with excellent warranty and staff to back it up.
