Extremely disappointed with this company entirely. An Ernie bike was purchased for me as a gift and delivered without a battery. The customer service kept saying they would send a battery when it reappears, then saying I'd have to wait for their FedEx claim which would take 2-3wks. Then more time for it to come from CHINA. Eventually through the text line a customer service rep accused me of lying, being disrespectful and needing straightening out!! I had ordered a set of tubes and one of tubes came defective. I texted the store, Dan immediately responded and sent out a replacement tube with a little bottle of sealant. I highly recommend this shop if you’re in the Carlsbad area. Excellent customer service.
