I just mounted a set of Allscape 26x4 tires, very pleased overall. I run at 6psi to 7psi in the desert sand, good tracking and feel overall. Staff responded to my questions before I bought, then shipped FedEx the same day. Mounting was effortless. I met another local who commutes on the Viperess at 30psi. He has 6,000 miles on a set and they were pristine.
Ordered from them threw Walmart and they accidentally forgot one tube so I got ahold of them and once I confirmed my account and told them what happened very easily to resolved the issue and sent me 2 more tubes when all I really wanted was the one they forgot and on top of that they sent two tools to help get the tire back on the rim that they didn’t have to but I appreciate. This is one company who still practices excellent customer service. I ordered two 20x4 fat tire tubes from their Amazon storefront. One had a small puncture and was unusable. I contacted their customer service line which was on the packaging of the tubes. I left a text message with my order number and what my problem was.
