I ordered some tires and tubes. Due on the 22 nd. Got notice delayed. Never heard anything. Don't order from them or Walmart. They charge your account and never deliver. Buyer beware
The bike is great. Works wonderful. The only issue I've had is when I've sent the battery back to California to be recharged. They asked me just to send the battery so I did and then they insult me because they can't figure out where it come from and who it belongs to. I guess I just kind of assumed through our messages and maybe they were able to look up some numbers on the battery that they knew. But they didn't. Wow. These folk know customer service! I placed an order then realized I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I called them and got a recording that said text the number instead. I figured it would be a slim chance to make contact on a Saturday. However, within a short time I received a reply and promise to get back to me with a solution. Best damn e-bike available today. Period! Great staff, excellent accessories that make sense and are well thought out. I am very happy buying 2 of the trail bikes.
I purchased two phone mounts to put on my E bikes and they do not fit the handlebars. As soon as you start riding, no matter how tight you get them they just fall down. Also, it seems like the phone is in there tightly, but one bump and the phone pops out and falls on the ground. I contacted the email that is on their website to ask for an authorization number to return them in the email comes back undeliverable. False advertising and absolutely do not recommend this company
