I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this company’s service and can see why they have received the ratings they have. My mother is a resident of a nursing facility and they booked their services for transport to and from her doctor appointment today. When we called for pickup, we were told the bus would be here in 35 minutes. After waiting almost an hour, and no sign of pickup, I called back. I was told 20-25 more minutes. BEWARE! I did not use this service but I just encountered an erratic driver of theirs as I was exiting Calvary Hospice. I was in the crosswalk and a car was allowing me to go and their driver laid down on the horn (not sure if he preferred they just run me over?). Then he proceeded to give me the middle finger as he was driving past me. For a place called “Happy Care” their drivers certainly are not happy and are definitely not responsible or safe drivers. They made my mom wait 3 hours to be picked up. Sitting in a wheelchair after being told next 10 minutes. She was also late for her appointment. The receptionist is rather crude. I don’t even want to hear the name of this company. Today was my first and last with them!!

Terrible service. Be prepared to wait 2 hours or more. Pack a sleeping bag and meals and GOOD LUCK!
