Our experience with David and Donna and their happy camper van was exceptional. David And Donna are considerate, helpful, accommodating hosts in every sense of those words. The van was well equipped, the bed is comfy, the comforter is warm, the stoves are efficient, the black out curtains are helpful, the chairs and table are just enough. I could go on and on. My husband and I rented a camper van for our vacation from Happy Camper Vans and it was the right choice for our trip. The van was clean and well stocked with most of the items we needed for our two week journey (especially the kitchen tools, cooler, bedding, lawn chairs, portable table, and towels). The owners of the business are super kind and wonderful to work with. It was the best way to get around and see Alaska!! We would definitely rent from this company again, it is a great business!

Dave and Donna had excellent communication in preparation for our trip and during our rental period. The van is well equipped and met our needs as a couple, having everything we didn’t know we needed and very little we found unnecessary. It was clean and well-maintained, and the flexibility with pick-up and drop-off was much appreciated. We found the mileage allotment was generous, and the rates were more than reasonable. Really nice van from a really nice couple! Me and the wife rented out the van for a week to take down to Valdez from Northpole and it was awesome. Van came with lots of basic necessaties for camping that was super convenient. The bed was very comfortable even for someone as tall as me (6 foot), I was able to fully stretch out, and the comforter kept us warm even when it dropped down to 30s at night.
