Experienced truly profound improvement through Kathy’s insightful and thoughtful PT approach. I had almost 2 years of debilitating pain before working with Happy Body PT but now have enjoyed a very active and almost 100% painful summer—I just have to maintain a regular commitment to Kathy’s carefully crafted PT follow up program which is easy to do. I first met Kathy in her office. Her warmth, knowledge and understanding let me know that I needed to share her expertise with a wider group. She willingly spoke at a women's philanthropy meeting and even brought her equally wonderful colleague, Melissa. Their personal experience, warmth and connection, flooded the room. Kathy at Happy Body PT is truly a life saver!! I injured my back and she was able to get me in quickly for dry needling. I immediately felt relief and was got some range of motion back. We did 4 sessions and I am now fully recovered and working on getting my strength back. Kathy truly cares about her clients. I can’t recommend her enough!!
