Soooo unorganized. Doesn’t respond after payment is made.
Wow, where do I start? I have never witnessed such an extreme level of unprofessionalism and disorganization in my life. I waited 2.5 hours for her to show when I was told to arrive early. It seems she has no regard for her patients time and needs serious help.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! She is disorganized, ill prepared, and unqualified. Not only does she air out the personal lives of other patients as well as her own, but she has no regard for other’s time. She will cancel or reschedule appointments for the most mundane of reasons and has even resorted to raising her prices to offset her failing business.
Very disappointing and unorganized. Samantha has great bedside manner but her team messes things up and can’t give you a direct answer. It may take a few days before you hear anything back regarding answers to issues you may be experiencing. I think she takes on too many patients and it gets overwhelming and sloppy. I would look elsewhere.
