The best sports massage I’ve ever had. Regular visits keep my body in check. I initially visited with a lower back niggle which has been sorted and even if it rears its head Laura sorts it within a single session. Appreciate the hour and a half every fortnight - wish i could do it weekly!
Laura is an absolute blast to work with. Been there twice, every second was relaxing and helping, even with difficult problems in the lower back. Can recommend 100%, absolutely 5 out of 5 points! Thanks!
I was lucky enough to win a competition on Instagram for one free massage and I am so glad that I did ! I had my first session with Laura today She focused on my upper back today, I'm going back for lower back next week because I'm blown away by the I stand results, I feel so relaxed My job involves alot sitting on computer and then bending which makes me prone to bad posture at times.
