Happie Space is a great place for a workout. The atmosphere is perfect and the mobility exercises are enjoyable. I would love to get to go more if my schedule allowed.
Happie Space studio has such a calm, welcoming vibe—I look forward to every class. From the moment you walk in, the peaceful atmosphere helps you leave the stress of the day behind. The instructors are so kind, and make you feel at home! Each class has such a wide range of ages and abilities, the classes truly are for anyone. It’s the perfect space to focus, reset, and feel good in your body.
Love coming to your class! It has really helped with my mobility and back pain. It is a very relaxing and peaceful class. I look forward to coming every week ❤️❤️
So excited to be able to share our experience with Happie Space 🙌 it was the best decision that my husband and I have made in our journey to be more health conscious. The yoga, palates, stretch class is amazing!!
