Used Accounting Unlimited for several years. In the last year things have gone down hill and have turned into a complete nightmare. Our taxes were filed incorrectly, huge mistakes! Dozens of our phone calls were not returned, spent months trying to get updates on steps for a resolution, absolutely no urgency on their side while we were being financially penalized by federal and state for Accounting Unlimited’s mistakes. After almost a year, we finally had some resolution. Will not return nor will I ever recommend them again.
They have helped through every part of owning my business. I met with Donnie before I bought my business to go over the numbers and they have done everything tax related since. Love how friendly & helpful everyone in the office is and when there is a problem with the Indiana Department of Revenue or IRS they help you every step of the way.
Great accountants & good christian friends! Very thorough & conscientious. I have been filing taxes there for about 15 years!
